How to pledge

a)    Simple Method – Complete and submit our online pledging form here: ucv.im/pledge-form

b)    Complete Method – Download, complete, and save the following fillable pdf form UCV Pledge Form 2021-2022 and send a copy as an email attachment to ca@vancouverunitarians.ca . If you are paying by pre-authorized debit (PAD) agreement for the first time you will also need to download, complete, and save the PAD form PAD (Pre-authorized Debit Agreement and submit it along with a cheque marked void either by regular mail or by dropping the documents off at the Church Office:
