When you register or fill out a form online

Your contact information provided to UCV through an event registration or survey form may be used to contact you with further details on that event and similar events and to respond to information you have expressed interest in.

Your contact information as provided is added to the UCV (“Breeze”) database in order to send you notices from time to time. In order to serve you in this way, we require your name and email address; all other information is optional.

Your contact information will never be shared with third party organizations or companies.

Credit card information is securely encrypted and is not retained in UCV’s database.

This website is owned and operated by The Unitarian Church of Vancouver (also known as “Vancouver Unitarians”), referred to in this policy as “we”.
