“So often, intention is interpreted as a maybe…you know what I mean? Somewhere inside we know we might not do what we intend to do… especially if it gets hard, or something better comes along, or we get distracted. And, truth be told, we commonly state an intention as a smoke screen…a way not to make a commitment. But what if our intentions were “the ongoing, purposeful direction that guides our choices and our decisions?” What if they were was about living with our actions and words aligned with our deepest values?
