Coming of Age

This Sunday is the culmination of our Coming-of-Age youth mentorship program: seven youth, ages 12-14, exploring with each other and their adult mentors about identity, spirituality, beliefs, and Unitarianism.  Today they share with the whole congregation their personal Credo, a statement of belief at this stage in their lives.  We recognize and mark their move from childhood into growing self-determination with a Bridging ceremony between children and youth.
