We invite everyone to help out in making wreaths for ‘Let Peace be Their Memorial’, an annual wreath-laying ceremony that commemorates civilian victims of war. This is the first of two wreath making workshops. The second workshop will be held on Saturday, Nov 9 from 1-4. These workshops are sponsored by the Social Justice Committee.
The beautiful wreaths that are made at these workshops will be laid during the ‘Let Peace be Their Memorial’ ceremony held at Seaforth Peace Park (corner of Burrard/1st Ave) in Vancouver on the afternoon of November 11.
