The IBPOC plus Allies (IPA) team invites UCV members and friends to participate in a fun group gathering at the Japanese Powell Street Festival on Saturday, July 30th, ably guided by our very own Megumi Anderson.
The Powell Street Festival is free and it is the longest-running community arts and cultural festival in the Lower Mainland. There is something for everyone: live music, dance, cultural demonstrations, walking tours of the historic neighbourhood, participatory events, lots of excellent Japanese food and more!
