All are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Unitarian Church of Vancouver. Only members in good standing who have been a member of the congregation for at least 90 days can vote, but all are welcome to attend.
Each member can carry one proxy vote for a member who cannot attend. Forms for this available here and at the meeting. Past Minutes, Annual Report and Financial Reports will be available from the Office several days prior to the meeting and as handouts at the meeting.
