Location

Ruth Walmsley

Some Quakers and Unitarians worked for the abolition of slavery. Many, like Susan B. Anthony, created Women’s Suffrage, a movement which grew out of Abolitionism.  Today, we link arms to fight Climate Change and support First Nations and our Seventh Principle.

Presenters: Karl Perrin (Unitarian) and Ruth Walmsley (Quaker). Ruth will answer your questions.

Both arrested as activists in BROKE: Burnaby Residents Opposing Kinder Morgan Expansion

Mark your calendars.  Sept. could be a VERY interesting month.

The Environment committee presents the forum on the first Sunday of each month. Details are posted when confirmed.
