Adult Programs

Every Sunday, 10–10:45 am, Meditation Room

We begin punctually at 10 am. Please arrive on time to show respect to those working to deepen their meditation.

Wednesday evenings 6:30-8:30 pm, Meditation Room

45-minute meditation and discussion on the text “The Seven-Point Mind Training”, a Tibetan method for cultivating mind and heart by B. Allan Wallace.

May all beings be well and happy and know its causes. (loving kindness)
May all beings be free from suffering knowing those causes. (compassion)
May all beings never be away from the happiness beyond suffering. (transcendent joy)
May all beings be equanimous, not being close to some, distant from others (equanimity)
