Task groups will be struck to research items not covered in the Phase 2 proposal, including “What happens if we don’t go forward with redevelopment”, which will include proposal for a depreciation report and collection of existing records from B&G. Other proposals may include application for a housing co-op. Additional ideas or identification of gaps will be sought at the Forum, with the understanding that volunteers to undertake the tasks will be a necessary part of the discussion.
